Maintenance Groups

When there is no specific user for a task, assign it to a maintenance group. Anyone in the group can complete the the work order. This article will show you how to set up Maintenance Groups.


Add a Maintenance Group:

1. Select the File option in the top ribbon of the Antero Application.

 

2. Navigate to Setup Tools and select Maintenance Group List.

3. Select the plus icon under the Maintenance Group section to proceed.

4. Key in a name for the Maintenance Group and then proceed by clicking on the save button.


To Add Users to a maintenance group:

1. Select the maintenance group you want to assign a user to from the list on the left-hand side.

2. Click on the plus symbol on the right-hand side to select the desired user to add to the maintenance group.

This image shows that the user named "Daniel" is a member of the Auto Body Shop Maintenance group.

Tip: Once users are assigned to Maintenance Groups, these groups can receive work orders which will be displayed in the 'My Work' section for all users belonging to that specific group.

Tip: Maintenance groups can be linked to a work template to schedule work orders efficiently.
