To begin, click on the Support tab located at the top of the program.
Here you will be presented with a couple new tabs, click on "Backup."
A popup window will appear. History, Audit Trail, Documents, and Images can all be selected to include in the support backup. These options make it much easier to send a smaller database to support by excluding some of the larger data that is stored in a database. If History and Audit Trail is included, there is an option to select a specific date range that gives the ability to provide the select time frame needed for the history records.
The support backup will create an .xml backup that will be sent to the storage directory for Antero.
You can find your storage directory by clicking on Antero in the upper left-hand corner and checking the About Antero page.
