Antero - Work Management (Work Order Completion)

Here is the steps used to complete a work order from the Work Management View.

  • To begin, select the "Work Management" tab located at the top of the Antero interface to access the Work Management View.
  • After locating the desired work order in the Work Management list, click on the corresponding Work Order number to proceed.
  • Upon opening the Work Order Viewer screen, you will have the opportunity to select the completion date and specify who completed the work. You can also add any relevant notes regarding the work order. If there are additional concerns or items that require attention after completing the work order, be sure to check the "Needs Attention" box. Additionally, if any instruments were utilized during the process, you can update those details in the designated fields.
  • Before finalizing the work order, it is essential to discuss with your supervisor or site manager whether it should be sent for review or archived. If you opt for "Move to Review," the work order will be directed to the Work Order Review page, where it will be evaluated by another user before it is finalized. On the other hand, selecting "Move to History" will archive the work order in the Work History page, allowing you to reference it in the future after completion.
