How to use the Edit/Delete functions in Work Management tab
- To begin, navigate to the top of Antero and select the Work Management tab to access the Work Management View.
- When you check the box next to a work order on the left side, the Pencil Icon will become active and selectable, indicating that you can edit the selected order.
- Click on the pencil icon, and a Group Edit pop-up will appear. You can select multiple work orders before clicking the pencil icon, allowing you to edit several orders simultaneously.
- Once you have completed filling out the fields for the sections you wish to edit, click on the Save button. This action will apply all the changes you made to each of the work orders you selected before clicking the edit pencil.
- Alternatively, if you wish to delete a work order, simply check the box next to the work order as you did previously. This time, instead of selecting the Pencil Icon, click on the X icon to proceed with the deletion.
- A confirmation window will appear to verify your action.
Note: Before proceeding, please verify that the number shown in the confirmation window corresponds to the number of work orders you wish to delete. If the numbers match, you can confidently click on Yes to proceed with the deletion of the selected work order(s).
