Create a Database Backup to upload for support services

1. In the Antero Application navigate to the top ribbon option labeled Support.



2. Select Backup.

3. Select from the following options to include additional data from your database in the support backup.

History, Audit Trail, Documents, and Images can all be selected to include in the in the support backup.

Click OK 

4. Finding and Uploading the file:

The backup will be placed in the storage directory of the Antero application as an .amxbak file

This backup file can then be shared with support team members to access your current database.
