This article explains the function of the instructions field in Antero Desktop and its synchronization with Antero Mobile.
1. When a work order is created in Antero Desktop, users can easily adjust the work order instructions, include additional details, or implement significant modifications as needed. For instance, the example image below illustrates how a new line of instructions can be added after the work order has been generated.
2. When the instructions for a work order are modified in Antero Desktop and subsequently uploaded to Antero Mobile, they will be displayed in Antero Mobile exactly as they were edited in the desktop application.
Note: These modifications to the work order instructions apply solely to the current open work order. Importantly, these changes do not affect the original template or the associated task list.
Once the instructions have been sent to Antero Mobile, they cannot be edited or supplemented. However, end users can utilize the completed notes or the 'Needs Attention' feature to provide additional comments or observations.
