Managing Task list

This article explains how to add, edit, and manage tasks for work orders.

Work orders in the Antero program comprise a single task and a specific piece of equipment. There are two primary work orders in the Antero program: scheduled work orders, which are pre-set with templates, and manual work orders, which are created as required.

When creating new tasks, deciding if they belong to a manual work order or a scheduled work order is important, and then assigning them accordingly.

1. To create a new task, navigate to the "Task lists" section within the work setup of the Antero program.

2. In this section, you will find a list of all tasks with their corresponding instructions.

To add a new task, click on the blue "+" symbol.

If you need to edit task instructions, select the task from the list and click on the pencil symbol.

And lastly, to delete a task, select it from the list and click on the red "X".

3. When adding a new task, make sure to enter a name and specify the type of work order that the task will be linked to.

Select the Manual Only option if this task is meant to only be used for manual non-scheduled work orders. If the option is left unchecked, the system will identify the task as available for Template use.

4. Input the task instructions in the designated box and then save the changes to apply them.
