      Operator10 Mobile FAQ

      This article discusses the questions and answers submitted by clients using Operator10 Mobile.

      • How do I add additional LPs to an existing form?
        • Answer:  To add more location parameters (LPs) to an existing form, first select the form from the grid. Then, click the "Edit" button located at the top of the screen. In the window that appears, scroll down to the section labeled 'Location Parameters' and click the "Add" button. From there, you can search for the desired location parameter. Once you've made your selection, be sure to click "Save" to apply your changes.
      • I have been having issues with Operator10 Mobile refreshing.
        • Answer: Occasionally, certain actions may require the web page to reload to display the most current data. If you notice that the information hasn’t updated automatically, you can manually refresh the page using your browser's refresh button.
