How to Export Reports for Submittal to Ohio eBIZ Site

Once Ohio 4500 reports are created in the Operator10 program they can be easily exported to upload to the state's eBIZ site, saving time and possible errors.

Create reports in the program making sure all Codes, Headers, Units, Sample Types and Frequency all match each column for the report on the eBIZ site.

NOTE: Repeat the following for each facility in the database. Replace the DATA_??? With the facility directory name as needed.

Example Data Base - Data_000

Step 1:

Download the XML file from the eBIZ site, ensuring it is saved in the designated XML folder. (Example: \\Server\programdata\allmax\DATA_???\XML)

Step 2:

Navigate to the reporting section and choose the reports corresponding to the month you are working on. Input the relevant date and click on the “Fetch Data” button. Once all reports display a status of "OK," select the “Export” checkbox. Then, click on the disk icon to save the export file to the designated directory.

Step 3:

Navigate to the eBIZ site and locate the file generated in Step 2 for upload. This file can be found in the export folder specified in Step 1..
