Add a Standard Form

Standard Forms allows users in Antero to easily attach important documents across mutiple templates or Work Orders.

Commonly, standard forms are used for attachments that will be accessed or used frequently. These forms can be applied to work templates or work orders as required.

Refer to the "Work Order Attachments" knowledge base article for guidance on attachments to work orders.

To add a standard form to your database,

Navigate to the file menu, access the setup tools, and then choose the option for standard forms.

Click on the blue + symbol located in the top left corner of your screen.

Choose the file from your computer and then click on the "Open" button.

Users have the flexibility to attach a wide range of document types as a standard form, such as .txt, .doc, .pdf, .xls, and more.

Once successfully added, the document will be displayed either as an icon or in the list view for easy access.
