The Calendar feature in Antero offers users a user-friendly platform to easily access information on work orders, procedures, and events. Here, we will delve into the essential functions and capabilities of the Antero Calendar.

1. Calendar Navigation

  • Users can view items in the Calendar in different formats, such as monthly, weekly, daily, or agenda style.
  • Users have the ability to easily include Work Orders, Procedures, and Events directly from the convenient Calendar toolbar.
  • Just like the "My Work" section, users can easily see the work assigned to them or their Maintenance Groups directly on the Calendar.

2. Calendar Toolbar

Within the Calendar toolbar, users can find a variety of buttons and options that enhance their navigation experience and functionality.

  1. Previous and Next Arrows:
    • These arrows enable users to easily move between different time periods in the calendar view, allowing them to navigate back or forward by two weeks.
  2. Date Range Display:
    • Displays the current range of dates that are visible in the calendar view.
  3. Today Button:
    • Quickly moves the calendar to the current day.
  4. Add Button:
    • Enables users to create calendar items (Work Orders, Procedures, or Events).
  5. Print Button:
    • Allows printing of the current calendar view.
  6. Available Tools Dropdown:
    • Provides options for section layout (e.g., “My Work,” “My Maintenance Groups”).
    • Toggles between Agenda and Calendar views.

3. Calendar Items

The Calendar displays three types of items:

  1. Work Orders:
    • Displayed as blue rectangles within the date boxes on the Calendar.
    • Displaying the work order number, the equipment assigned to it, and the task associated with it.
    • Freshly created Work Orders are highlighted with a distinctive green vertical stripe.
    • Delinquent (late) Work Orders display a red exclamation point.
    • Completed Work Orders no longer appear on the Calendar.
  2. Procedures:
    • Shown as green rectangles.
    • Displaying the procedure number along with its corresponding name.
  3. Events:
    • Users have the ability to include personalized events that are not part of Antero's standard functions.
    • Tan rectangles are used to represent events on the Calendar, displaying the names of the events for easy identification.
