You may see this window for various reasons that are described below
- You just bought Operator10 or Synexus and you're running it for the first time
- Choose the option to "Create a new license (I have a keycode)"
- Type in your keycode. This will create your license database which will allow you to start using Operator10.
- Choose the option to "Create a new license (I have a keycode)"
- You've never used Operator10 or Synexus on this computer
- Choose the option "I already have a license on another computer"
- Press the more button or type the server name/IP address and click the green check button
- Choose the option "I already have a license on another computer"
- You've used Operator10 or Synexus on this computer before but now get this window
- This likely means that the app cannot connect to your Operator10 or Synexus server
- If you know the name of the server, choose the option "I already have a license on another computer and press the more button or type the server name/IP address and click the green check button
- If this doesn't work, contact whoever at your organization manages your server or call us to assist
- If you don't know the name of your server, check with whoever at your organization manages your server to get that information. It's unlikely that we at AllMax will know this.
- If you know the name of the server, choose the option "I already have a license on another computer and press the more button or type the server name/IP address and click the green check button
- This likely means that the app cannot connect to your Operator10 or Synexus server
