Scheduling by calendar allows users to specify the precise month and day for generating work orders. By default, this calendar option enables a recurring process that automatically creates work orders, independent of the status of any currently open work orders.
The scheduling date must be established to provide the template with a starting point. This date will be automatically updated to reflect the creation date of the work order, ensuring that the template adheres to the specified schedule.
