To explain the options available for users to manage completed work orders in the Antero Mobile environment.

 

Adding work orders to Antero Mobile is a straightforward process. Simply select the work orders you want to upload to the hosted environment and click the upload button. Once your work orders are in place, you need to decide how you would like them to be managed after users in the field complete them in Antero Mobile.

There are three options that you can choose from. 

  1. Move to Review: The first option allows completed work orders to be transferred directly to the Work Review section of Antero. This approach offers several advantages.
    1. This option transfers work orders to a distinct section separate from Work Management, providing users the opportunity to review each work order before it is officially recorded in history.
    2. The work review section consolidates all relevant data into a user-friendly interface, enabling users to view all Work Order information in a single location. This streamlined presentation simplifies the process of verifying the accuracy of the data before it is recorded in history.
  2. Move to History: The "Move to History" option enables a swift and efficient process by transferring work orders directly to history as soon as they are completed in Antero Mobile.
    1. This option enables field users to finalize the entire work order process seamlessly. Upon completion, the work orders are immediately logged into history without the need for any review, ensuring a swift and efficient workflow.
    2. This helps maintain a more organized Work Management section, as completed work orders are promptly removed and recorded in the history.
  3. Set to Work Status: In Antero, the Work Status field allows users to categorize work orders effectively. By default, this field includes three options: Active, New, and On Hold. However, users can customize this list to better suit their needs. When you select this option, the work order will synchronize back to Work Management with the chosen status, making it easier to filter, sort, and locate specific work orders.
    1. This option ensures that the work orders are distinctly marked in Work Management, as they will carry the specific status you have chosen.
    2. This makes it significantly easier for users to filter, sort, and retrieve work orders imported from Antero Mobile, allowing them to locate specific orders quickly and efficiently.
